I took this from Kasikorn Bank headquarter in Bangkok, located in Rama 3 Road, near Chaopraya river. It is very beautiful building and full of art things like paintings, sculpture, portrait. It has art gallery display inside the bank too.

Quite a good zoo. Children will probably love it as it has the usual guests: tigers, giraffes, hippos and the rest. The elephants were as you can imagine quite popular.
There is as well a lake where you can rent one of those waterboats with pedals and pedal for half an hour ( 50 baths the 1/2 hour) and see the gardens. In the lake there are fish, alligators and turtles. Careful not to run them over ;-)
The access to the zoo is really cheap, 30 baths per person and as I said children will love it and it won't break the bank. The grounds used to be originally the private botanical gardens of king Rama V and you can see still the different species of flora cultivated here.

It probably is the biggest Chinese temple in Thailand. There are 3 magnificent storeys with EVERY Chinese god you can imagine. Especially you walk down to the basement, you will meet each Chinese gods that take care each year since the world was built
The artistry here is mixed between Chinese, Indian and Thai the wall painting is so beautiful and tender.

The best view from seafood restaurant, seeing typical fisherman’s ship located at the end of Hat Mae Ramphueng. Visitors can also see how they catch fish and process seafood.
I took this photo when I was on the house where selling Thai dessert, this area it was called Ko Kret or Kret island in the Chao Phraya River. It is close to The Dessert Canal (Khlong khanom wan) . I enjoyed the show on how to make Thai desserts and shopping all the sweetmeats as souvenirs.
